Barangay 201
(Sessions every Wednesday 1-5 pm)

Wanting even more women to be involved, we headed to Barangay 201 (also in Pasay City). First we held the sessions in a school room there when it was available, but when the room overflowed we moved to the local covered basketball court where we still meet, throughout the games, rain or shine.

Invisible Sisters
Typical gathering with plenty of kids.

Invisible Sisters
Free-flowing humor.

Invisible Sisters
Crochet in the basketball court.

Invisible Sisters
Josephine’s expert work.

Irma’s husband was not supportive of this new activity of “playing around with garbage” so now, with each piece she sells, she puts the price sticker on the family mirror to remind him of her new income.

Invisible Sisters
Irma.
